Everyone has a unique life path. While much of the time we can navigate confidently on our own, sometimes we encounter situations that make it difficult to go at it alone. Therapists are change agents and my role is to work with you to explore your life and set goals you want to achieve. Over our sessions, we will work together to discover areas of growth and sort through thoughts, feelings, and emotions. The counseling process can be hard, but the good news is that the benefits far outweigh the risks and can include a greater overall sense of happiness, fulfillment, and satisfaction. I help individuals better understand their own internal processes to address relational issues and life’s challenges. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, sexual assault/trauma, gender identity, spirituality (church hurt), and childhood trauma. I utilize a variety of modalities to personalize the therapy experience to each person’s specific needs. I would be honored to walk beside you to explore your patterns and help you make sense of your internal world. Please feel free to reach out and schedule a consultation to see if we are a good fit. Can’t wait to hear from you!
