Maranda is a Licensed Professional Counselor–Associate, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and IASIS Micro Current Neurofeedback Provider. In 2015, Maranda graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Counseling with an emphasis in Addiction, Chemical Dependency, and Substance Abuse from Grand Canyon University. In 2021, she obtained her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Counseling from Capella University.

Prior to becoming a counselor Maranda worked in various positions helping individuals meet their short term, long term, and even daily goals in physical, emotional, spiritual, and relational health. Throughout Maranda’s career, she has grown to understand the importance of addressing overall health and wellness in order to thrive and not just survive. She has 7 years of experience working in the field of addiction, in which she understands how addiction is a family disease and individuals find themselves stuck in a continuous cycle of unhealthy behaviors and relationship issues. She is passionate about helping individuals reclaim their lives (as she once did) by rediscovering themselves and learning more effective ways to work through barriers and reach their fullest potential.
