Andrea is a clinical mental health counseling intern currently completing her master’s degree at Walden University. She brings a unique perspective to the counseling space through her background as a veteran and healthcare professional.
Andrea is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore challenges and make meaningful changes. She believes in meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively to help them develop insight, resilience, and practical tools for growth. Her areas of interest include working with veterans, adolescents, couples, and individuals navigating trauma, identity, and life transitions. She integrates person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and trauma-informed approaches to meet each client’s unique needs.
