Francisco Ortiz, MS, NCC, LPC-Intern

Francisco is a native of Houston, TX. He attended Southwestern Adventist University for his undergraduate degree in psychology. During his undergraduate studies, he lived in Keene, Texas. Francisco earned his Master’s Degree of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Adventist University located in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Francisco is a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern under  the supervision of David Bueno Martin, MA, LPC-S. He completed his practicum and graduate internship working with individuals struggling with various types of problems. He has a passion for working with emerging adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, and relationships.

At Martin Counseling, Francisco sees children, adolescents, families, and adults struggling with behavioral, emotional, or relational issues. His primary therapeutic goal is to help his clients create a rich, full, and meaningful life while effectively handling the pain and stress that goes with it.
